Stenographer - Legal Department .
Job description /Responsibilities:
Ability to take dictation directly on the computer especially of petitions, affidavits, etc.
Other details:
1. Assisting Legal Department in filing documents / Law Journals / Notices received on
behalf of the clients from Authorities
2. Data entry of legal cases in billing software (LAS)
3. Coordinating with Accounts Dept. regarding invoicing
4 .Maintaining the Law Books Library and Legal Books to be arranged in the cupboards.
5. Carrying forward the cases in the Google Calendar and the Case diary.
5. Drafting emails / letters
6. English Typing (speed must be good)
7. Any other work assigned from time to time
Important profile:
Good English Typing Speed
Spoken English Must
Age : No bar
Office time +.30 am to 6.30 pm - Five days a week (WFH on Sat & Bank Holidays, whenever required)
