Job Description
Preparing letters, mailing to respective and do reminder to reporting officer
2-Take dictation in hindi & English - stenography.
3- Drafting & typing of letters / do reply of e-mail.
4-prepare agreements /contract etc
5-scanning of documents etc. preparing letters, mailing to respective, invitation
6- Preparing air tickets / train tickets of staff / directors / sales parties
from travel agent and self from travel portals. when required
7- Processing payment of travel agents / currency suppliers
8- Hotel booking/appointments/ maintain record for personal function/event of reporting officer
+-All other work as assigned by reporting officer/management
