Are you a Sterile Sciences certified Sterilising Technician looking for something a little bit different? This is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
We have a part-time vacancy for a 1 year fixed term period, stating ASAP until October 2026. You will work 0.7 FTE (28 hrs per week), variable 7 hours shifts, across 4 days a week.
Allevia Sterile Processing is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) in Parnell, Auckland, which services Allevia Hospitals in Epsom, Ascot in Greenlane and several other locations. CSSD is the backbone of our theatres' operation and with the ever-increasing number of daily operations, we are committed to provide a first class decontamination and sterilisation service for our growing organisation.
To be considered you will have:
New Zealand Certificate in Sterilising Technology (Level 4)
Relevant experience in a NZ environment
Aptitude for handling mechanical equipment
Good physical fitness and agility
Clear and confident communication skills
