Setting tables and cleaning the same after every guestsPutting table clothes, table runners, and placing any other decorative itemsGreeting guests and escorting them to the tableServing guests water and other refreshmentsPresenting menus to the customersRefilling glasses and cleaning empty platesAssisting the Waiters in collecting food from the serving stationHelping with the unloading of kitchen stock and ingredientsCoordinating with the Housekeeper and ensuring cleaning of dirty linen
