Key Responsibilities
Guest Service:
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide information about menu items, services, or event details.
Operational Support
• Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, or event spaces.
• Manage inventory, including monitoring supplies and reporting needs for replenishment.
Compliance And Safety
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Follow all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to food handling and safety.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate and support service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Working Conditions
• May involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the setting.
• Work environment may vary, including indoor and outdoor settings.
