Responsibilities
As a centerpiece is a magnificent two-acre terrace featuring three outdoor swimming pools surrounded by 12 cabanas
The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe
Properly handle the dishwashing machine including turning on and off, de-liming, changing water and adding chemicals
Safely handle chemicals and keep them stored properly
Load and unload dishware and flatware from the dishwashing machine and store them properly

About The Position
The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe. In Addition, the position will be responsible for the following:
• Properly handle the dishwashing machine including turning on and off, de-liming, changing water and adding chemicals.
• Safely handle chemicals and keep them stored properly.
• Load and unload dishware and flatware from the dishwashing machine and store them properly.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, either AMs, PMs, weekend availability and holidays.
