Job Description
Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene:Stewards are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, kitchens, and other public spaces. This includes dishwashing, waste disposal, and ensuring proper storage of utensils and equipment.
Supporting Service Staff:Stewards assist servers and other team members with tasks like setting tables, stocking supplies, and clearing tables.
Inventory Management:They monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, disposables, and other essential items.
Customer Service:While not always the primary focus, stewards often interact with guests, answer questions, and provide assistance.
Following Safety and Health Regulations:Stewards adhere to established safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
Event Management Support:In some settings, stewards help manage crowds, ensure safety, and assist with event logistics.
Union Representation:In unionized workplaces, stewards represent employees, handle grievances, and ensure fair working conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
