Job Title: Steward Team Leader (Part Time)
We are looking for an experienced Steward - Team Leader to join our team at Inter Continental Sanctuary Cove Resort.

Job Description
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supervising and training the stewarding department colleagues whilst on shift.
Maintaining the consumption of all stewarding chemicals whilst on shift.
Supervising the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, as well as the quality level of product and services, to ensure brand standards and HACCP requirements are maintained.
Ensuring that all stewarding colleagues follow safety instructions whilst cleaning machinery.
Conducting regular checks to ensure that service and kitchen operating equipment is properly cleaned.
Attending any required meetings to ensure communication and positive culture flows to all Stewarding colleagues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Communication skills used extensively when interacting with others, demonstrated ability to interact with employees and third parties that reflects the high standard of the hotel and the IHG brand.
Time management skills, delegation, a drive for results, and strong employee engagement skills.
Neat personal presentation.
Able to read and write basic English.
Flexibility – mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays are all part of the job.
