Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented Steward (waiter) to join the service team at our Café. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver a warm dining experience to all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B service or restaurant operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
