Steward/Dishwasher
Company Overview

Position Purpose
The Dishwasher ensures that all kitchenware and dining utensils are cleaned and
sanitized efficiently to support restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning
and cleanliness
Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into
the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines
Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse
agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need
replenishment
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and
stored in their designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas,
including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of
cleaning chemicals and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
Support the kitchen team by assisting with various tasks, such as receiving and
storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements
Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
