• Job Description:
- JOB PURPOSE
To professionally and productively carry out duties assisting in designated areas as assigned.
- EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT
To carry out cleaning duties as assigned productively and to ensure that standard specifications are followed to maintain hygienic, sanitary and safe conditions and to minimize waste.
- KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Chief Steward or the Chief Steward.
• Operational
To be aware of and practice all hotel rules, regulations and conditions of employment as outlined in the Associate hand book.
Ability to read, write and comprehend Hindi
• Business plan /Analysis
To be aware of budgets and have handle on sales.
Plan cost effective proposal for banquets.
• Team Management
It is not the intention of this Job Experience to limit the scope or responsibilities of the above-mentioned, but to highlight the most important aspects of your position. It is essential that all associates are committed to their jobs and the success of the enterprise, and maintain a willingness to accept total flexibility of jobs and duties throughout the hotel.
• General Duty
Ensure that all relevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guest’s arrival and in adherence with hotel standards.
Respond to changes in the stewarding department as dictated by the industry, company or hotel.
