Location: New Delhi
Salary: CTC INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month, Food will be provided.(but No Accommodation)
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and service-oriented Stewards to join our premier hotel in New Delhi. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you have relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Guest Service: Provide courteous, efficient, and attentive service to all guests in the restaurant, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Order Taking: Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate orders. Make menu recommendations when required.
• Table Setup: Prepare tables with meticulous attention to detail, including table settings, linens, and silverware.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary requests.
• Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct dish placement and garnishes.
• Clearing Tables: Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly to maintain an uncluttered and clean dining area.
• Assist Team: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the efficient flow of service.
• Payment Handling: Process guest payments, issue receipts, and return change accurately.
• Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a safe and clean dining environment.
Qualifications And Requirements
• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience as a Steward or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional spoken English language skills.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
