Job description
_Typical duties of a Revenue executive include:_
• Responsibilities
• ONLY FROM HOTEL INDUSTRY BACKGROUND.
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting.
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
- Create and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendar.
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
- Provide a weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
- Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution
- Responsible for assessing, analyzing, and pricing group business strategies
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity
- Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
- Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems
- Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
- Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc ) points.
- Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action
- Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; environmental scanning; market modeling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts
- Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc ).
- Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business
- Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
- Inspire Hotel’s HODs to further embed a revenue management culture.
- Advice and coach the client in other operational areas.
- Visit the hotels to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.
- Any other reasonable requests made by management.
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers: Stewardesses are responsible for warmly welcoming customers as they enter the cafe, assisting them in finding suitable seating, and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Taking customer orders: Stewardesses take customers’ food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and relayed to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages: Once the orders are prepared, stewardesses serve the food and beverages to the customers’ tables promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering inquiries: Stewardesses are knowledgeable about the cafe’s menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods. They provide suggestions, answer customers’ questions, and assist in making informed choices.
- Upselling and promoting specials: Stewardesses actively promote daily specials, additional menu items, or promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. They effectively communicate these offerings to customers and highlight their features and benefits.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Stewardesses regularly check on customers during their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. They strive to ensure a positive dining experience and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handling payments and processing transactions: Stewardesses handle customers’ bill payments accurately and efficiently, using the cafe’s designated payment methods. They may also handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, or utilize electronic payment systems.
- Clearing and resetting tables: Stewardesses clear tables of used dishes, glasses, and utensils once customers have finished their meals. They promptly reset tables for incoming customers, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Cleaning and maintaining the cafe area: Stewardesses assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe. This includes tasks such as wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops, sweeping or mopping floors, and restocking necessary supplies.
- Collaborating with other team members: Stewardesses work collaboratively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other cafe team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. They communicate orders, coordinate timing, and assist in providing an overall positive dining experience.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations: Stewardesses follow proper hygiene practices, maintain food safety standards, and adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
