Responsibilities:
• Stibo STEP Development:
• Develop, configure, and customize solutions in the Stibo STEP platform to meet business requirements.
• Implement workflows, business rules, data models, and user interfaces.
• Integration & Data Management:
• Integrate Stibo STEP with external systems like ERP, e-commerce, and other third-party platforms.
• Design and execute ETL processes for importing/exporting data into STEP.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across platforms.
• Technical Support & Maintenance:
• Provide technical support for existing implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, performance, or integrations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and user manuals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Stibo STEP development.
• Proven experience with data modeling, business rules, and workflows in STEP.
• Hands-on experience in integrating STEP with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration principles.
