The Role
As the Stock Controller of our Birkenstock Sydney City store, you’ll:
Have Very High attention to detail and accuracy in processes
Strong Problem Solving Skills and a growth mindset
Passionate to find better and leaner ways to complete toe work at hand. No time or to waste!
Show reliability and consistency while still being flexible to change
Have strong technical skills and clear ability to manoeuvre our tech stack and systems with confidence.
Meet and exceed your accuracy metrics and other KPI targets
Keep the store looking amazing – from the window displays to the backroom

You love keeping an organised backroom and clear and strong control of stock movements in and out of our locations.
You’re driven to hit your targets and help the team succeed
You’re a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You are passionate about Birkenstock, and want to know all about the brand and the product
You’re reliable, well-presented, and bring positive energy to every shift
Experience in a stock controller role or similar is essential
Previous experience in ecommerce dispatching is also highly regarded.
