Job Title: STOCK MARKET TRAINER
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Stock Market Trainer to educate and train individuals on the intricacies of the stock market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and fundamental analysis, as well as expertise in equity and derivatives. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging educational content, preparing students to become successful traders and investors in the financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instruction and Training:
- Develop and deliver high-quality lessons on stock market fundamentals, including technical and fundamental analysis.
- Teach students about equity markets, derivatives, and other investment vehicles.
- Create and maintain engaging educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Conduct interactive workshops, webinars, one-on-one coaching sessions and group sessions on Neo Trader software, focusing on its features, tools and technical analysis strategies.
2. Curriculum Development:
- Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, manuals, and video content, to support continuous learning.
- Design and update curriculum to reflect current market conditions and trends.
- Incorporate real-world case studies and examples to enhance learning.
- Develop assessments and quizzes to evaluate student progress and understanding.
3. Student Support:
- Provide guidance and support to students through academic advising and mentoring.
- Answer questions and address concerns related to course material and market strategies.
- Offer personalized feedback and actionable insights to help students achieve their financial goals.
4. Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and emerging financial instruments.
- Share relevant market insights and analysis with students to aid their learning and decision-making.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Gather and analyze feedback from students to improve instructional methods and materials.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with industry practices and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- NISM certification is a must. Candidates must complete the certification before joining. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are desirable..
- Proven experience in stock market trading, analysis, and education. Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, regional language is a plus.
