Stock Market Trainer & Sales Enabler – Trading Software
Role Overview
As a Stock Market Trainer & Sales Enabler at NeoTrader, your mission is to teach clients how to use our software and the strategies built into NeoTrader, drive adoption, and actively contribute to new sales and plan upgrades. You are NOT a generic teacher — you’re a sales-focused product specialist with a passion for client success and a clear hunger to help traders achieve results and maximize their engagement with NeoTrader.
This in-office position at Chembur combines expert training, product evangelism, and direct sales influence. You’ll deliver high-energy sessions, webinars, and live demos focused solely on NeoTrader’s unique product features and trading strategies, while upselling advanced plans and motivating users to buy, upgrade, and fully utilize our software.
Key Responsibilities
Train clients exclusively on NeoTrader: its features, tools, and built-in trading strategies (not general market education).
Conduct dynamic, energetic onboarding sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations with clear sales intent.
Motivate clients to adopt NeoTrader and move up to higher-value plans by demonstrating results and promoting success stories.
Serve as a product evangelist and ambassador — passionately defend NeoTrader and promote its value online and offline.
Support clients post-sale to ensure they get results, remain engaged, and become loyal users.
Assist sales teams by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities during trainings and client interactions.
Maintain detailed records of all client sessions, progress, and sales conversions.
Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client adoption, plan upgrades, and conversions.
Attend in-person training, interviews, office meetings, and public events as required (no remote work).
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years’ experience in trading, technical analysis, or financial product sales/training.
Expert-level familiarity with trading platforms, charting tools, and technical indicators.
High-energy, assertive, and sales-driven personality with proven persuasion abilities.
Outstanding presentation skills — webinars, group demos, and live sales pitches.
Strong accountability and hunger for sales commissions/incentives.
Creative thinker able to solve client issues and inspire software adoption.
100% comfortable in a non-remote, office-based and public-facing role at Chembur.
