Job responsibilities
The Opportunity
Join RIMOWA as a Stockist for our Harrods Store and be part of a brand that stands for quality, innovation, and timeless design.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Stock conditions:
Keep stock well organised
Ensure to have the right kind and quantity of products in the stock
Provide your KPIs to the Store Manager
Enable Client Advisors to find products easily (explain your system)
Ensure that the stockroom is easily accessible and follows all local Health & Safety guidelines
Communicate to the store client advisors about out of stock items/items in tension
Plan and execute stock count following Rimowa stock count written procedure
Communicate with the Head Quarters:
Co-ordinate with head office for annual stock counts
Follow and control the orders:
Validate delivery invoices in a timely manner
Supervise all deliveries and put them into the stockroom
Liaise with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers etc.
Help the Client Advisor team in selling if necessary
Profile
Education
- Basic school education
Experience
- First experience in the retail environment
- Previous experience with luxury products - would be a plus
Language:
- Local language – Fluent
- English - good written and verbal skills
IT Skills:
- CEGID
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
