? Liasoning with vendors for ticket logging / ticket resolution / updates on tickets / escalation ? Preparation of Preventive Maintenance calendar ? NAS access control review ? Storage Volumes, LUN, Aggregate, Pool, S3 bucket, Storage service levels management ? Raid or Array group Management ? S3 bucket provisioning and configuration ? Diagnostic event logs & troubleshooting ? Performance / Space Utilization Trend Analysis based on availability of the OEM Reporting Tool ? Zone administration ? Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents ? Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist ? Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis ? Certificate management ? SAN Fabric expansion ? Monitoring health of storage app specific suits ? Weekly capacity management & autogrow reports ? Adherence to the process ? Integration of new devices in different tools ?
