• Should have Strong knowledge and experience to manage the online/offline backup modules such as Oracle, MSSQL, SAP, NDMP,RMAN etc. And must have expertise of at-least two networker modules.
• Manage escalations and lead customer facing communication.
• Manage and administrate enterprise storage and backup infrastructure in large set up.
• Perform daily Backup operation tasks , Incident and request such as new configuration, decommission, upgradation, migration etc.
