About the Team
We are looking for a talent to join with us. You have a strong technical background and are well versed in storage or system infrastructure. You have the ability to coordinate and drive multiple projects at the same time. You have a proven track record of driving operational improvements in service level and quality. You can troubleshoot logically and efficiently to quickly resolve a diverse range of issues. You have excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
Your Day
• Provide Standard Installation and Operations support for Storage/Data Protection Systems.
• Alert Management, Diagnosis, Troubleshooting and repair.
• Execute change requests for production Storage/Data Protection changes
• Required to follow Standard Operating Procedures to perform maintenances.
• Setting up backups for Servers and Storage systems and performing restores as needed
• On-Call pager support as needed
• Case Management and Follow up with Vendors for Root Cause Analysis and closing issues.
• Service Assurance and Ticket handling.
• Documentation and creating run books.
Minimum Qualifications
• BS with Decent Sound System Admin Skills
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Familiarity with RAID, inode structure, NFS fundamentals
• Troubleshooting and repair of Storage Systems skills.
• Alert Management, Diagnosis, Troubleshooting and repair of Storage Systems.
• May apply project management skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility is preferred
