Duties
Safely direct vehicles into and out of the storage lot.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, including arrivals, departures, and lot inventory
Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, providing friendly and professional guest services
Conduct visual inspections of stored vehicles to identify any damages or issues
Manage cash handling for parking fees or related transactions with precision and integrity
Ensure the lot remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards at all times
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle logistics and address customer needs
Experience
Previous experience in dealership or retail environments is preferred
Knowledge of parking regulations and lot management practices is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in bilingual settings if applicable
Experience in cashiering or retail math to handle transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
