Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Store Incharge at Colors of Rainbow, located in Shoolagiri, Hosur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure inward outward of items. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining clean store appearance, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also reconcile all inventory and spare parts of all sorts.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Inventory Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or a factory is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
