Customer handling: Assist the customer in guiding them to the product they want. Help them with a carrying unit
Merchandising: Regular check across shelfs to notice stock gaps and fill the shelfs. Rearrange inventory and ensure hygiene on shelves
Inventory Audit: Fortnightly, stock audit and record as per the norms set by the company
Store Hygiene: Ensure store floor and frontal area(Glass) is clean. Odor free environment and refrigeration working conditions. Stocking area is well displayed and filled with Inventory.
Standby Cash counter handling: Assistant must have the ability to handle the billing counter in the absence of Store Incharge
