We are seeking a Store Assistant Fresher to join our team at DCS Group. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our store. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience, who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications and Skills
• B.Com degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to accurately monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Fast and accurate typing skills
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store
• Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and reordering as necessary
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with finding and purchasing products
• Cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocktaking
• Assist in merchandising and ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines
Responsibilities -
Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
Coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
Assisting customers in finding products and providing information.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
