Store cum Logistics Head

Experience: Minimum 12–18 years in a similar role
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or related field; specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Store cum Logistic Head to manage all aspects of inventory, material handling, and logistics operations across our insulation and mechanical project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storekeeping, supply chain management, and logistics within the engineering and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations of stores and logistics across multiple project sites.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock audits, and documentation as per company policy.
• Coordinate the inward and outward movement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain and update stock registers, GRNs, MRNs, and related documentation.
• Liaise with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Optimize transportation and logistics strategies to minimize costs and delays.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of insulation materials and mechanical components.
• Develop and implement effective systems for material tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Train and lead a team of storekeepers, warehouse assistants, and logistics staff.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in stores and logistics in the construction or mechanical project sector.
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials, piping, mechanical equipment, and their handling requirements.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and warehousing in the construction/engineering sector.
· Experience handling insulation and mechanical project materials.
· Proficiency in SAP MM module OR SAP store related modules, inventory software, and MS Office, Warehouse Management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
· Ability to handle multiple project sites and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
