Job Description
• Responsible for store operations.
• Labor management and ensuring optimum utilization of available labor.
• Proactively support the staff to achieve the goals.
• Maintain short material stock list and pending deliveries list on daily basis.
• Provide the analysis report for variance & pending deliveries beyond 3 days older
• invoice.
• Keep close monitoring of all the expenses to control and reduce the stocking cost labor
• cost.
• Ensure the effectiveness of all staff members by reviewing their performance and
• activities at regular intervals and providing feedback to the management for any
• strategic decision.
• Works in close coordination with the purchase and planning team for better stock
• management.
• Ensure proper documentation for each & every entry/exit of stock in the system /
• manually.
• Stock variance report to be submitted on a regular basis and variance to be analysed
• and cleared as per management guidelines.
• Ensure that all the material issues to production based on FIFO method only.
• Prepare & Maintain MOQ
• Process for in-transit loss and damage as per agreement with the transporter &
• insurance companies as per the case may be.
• Ensure proper delivery and collection of stocks from transporters to avoid damages or
• penalties.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
