Responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensuring the store personnel provides exceptional customer service.
• To attend to walking customers..
• Maximizing sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
• Dealing with customer queries and concerns
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales target
• Maintaining financial records
• Liaising with the corporate office and working with all concerned stakeholders internal and external
• Exhibiting a professional approach in handling internal/external Customers
• Being well aware of the changing market dynamics and keeping updated on all the industry related
• Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process
• Focusing on Customer Relationship
