Job Description – Store Executive for Mfg Electronics divn)
Position Summary
Pentax Engineering Pvt Ltd is Engineering Company established in the year 1+78 having 20 crore turnover. Since inception the company has been growing steadily. The company believes in professional management and qualified professionals are appointed at all levels.
It specializes into end-to-end solutions that include Design, Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of highly sophisticated and reliable systems, for Plant Safety and Control. The Gas Detection & Monitoring Systems designed, manufactured and commissioned by us play a significant role in detecting accidental leakages of potentially hazardous, combustible and toxic gases, thereby ensuring the safety of plant personnel and critical equipment.
Store Executive will be responsible for an organized, experienced store executive to be responsible for all stock and planning for the store.
He must be able to multitask and perform while remaining professional with internal and external customers. He should be able to manage stocks by keeping a records as and when required of replacement items.
He will be responsible for the physical loading, unloading, storage identification and preservation of the stores. Responsible for Incoming and Outgoing materials. Maintaining Online inventory of all items. Dispatch of Materials as per the Packing list.
To procure, store, and issue supplies in a supply operation; process and maintain inventory records; modify and implement inventory control and disposal procedures; perform related work.
Preparing Challans (Billings & Non Billings). Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
Periodic physical stock verification of the stores from time to time and annual stock verification
Required Skills
Technical & Soft skills o Should have electronic product experience o Good in Communication skills - Speaking (Clarity, Calm, Tone, Listening, Maturity) o Problem solving and self-motivated proven attitude.
Should have the knowledge of Electronics components and mechanical hardware.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words etc..)
- Behavioural Communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Team Player, Open Minded and flexible to adapt changes. Enthusiasm and Natural curiosity for technology Proactive, Ownership, Flexibility, Work Ethics, Patience

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream / ITI / Diploma in Electronics.
Experience: Between 5-7 years

Joining: Within One Month or less
Location: Sakinaka
Duty: 8.30 hours / Working Days :- Monday to Saturday (6 days)
