The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance and customer satisfaction. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
Oversee stock and store operations.
Attend to all customers coming into the store.
Recommend styles to customers by understanding their choice & personality.
Analyze the styles that perform well at the store.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Coordinate between the warehouse production & store to ensure custom orders are perfectly delivered to the customers.
Requirements:
Skilled to take customized orders.
Really good communication skills.
Having a fashion or retail background is preferred.
Customer-centric with a positive attitude
