What You’ll Do
As the Store Leader (GM), you’ll be the driving force behind our operations. You’ll oversee the day-to-day activities, lead a passionate team, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s a closer look at your responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and manage staff to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold company standards.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and exciting environment for customers, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that arise, keeping operations on track and customers satisfied.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive success.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a leader who is ready to take charge and make an impact. To thrive in this role, you should bring:
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the nightlife, hospitality, or retail industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle the fast-paced nature of our business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both customers and team members.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive team environment.
