We are currently seeking a responsible and capable Store Manager to join our Team in Bombay, Auckland, and support the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth service delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
Determine product range, stock levels, and service standards based on customer demand and business objectives.
Develop and implement store policies, procedures, and food safety protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff, while evaluating performance to maintain high service standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Prepare and manage store budgets, track sales performance, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Manage inventory by ordering, restocking, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure availability of fresh ingredients and supplies.
Set and adjust pricing strategies to meet target profit margins while remaining competitive and aligned with market demand.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, store presentation, and staff appearance.
Support marketing and promotional activities, including daily specials and seasonal offers to drive customer engagement and sales.
Motivate and lead the team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and recognising performance.
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $28 to $34 per hour.
Other requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or a minimum relevant Level 6 qualification.
Flexible availability, including weekends and late evenings
Strong team player with excellent time management skills
Physically fit and comfortable working on foot for extended periods
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
