Monthly CTC - 18000 to 38000
Location For Assistant Store Manager : Bangalore - Basaweshwanagar, Smart Salon and Hennur
Location For Store Manager : Bangalore - Bellandur, Banashankari, Yelahanka & HSR Layout.
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
Job Description:
Managing in Planning & Execution of day-day Operations.
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
Analysing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
Roaster Planning, Week-off scheduling.
Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction programs.
Ensure that the financial procedures such as Cash deposit, DSR( Daily Sales Report) are updated on daily basis.
Motivate the store staff and ensure the growth of the store staff in terms of Skill and position.
Continuous communication with the store staff thru store briefing, training on the offers and promotions, daily sales, Customer grievance.
Ensure that the customer appointments are scheduled accordingly.
Responsible for the achievement of the store targets.
Able to handle customer complaints and grievances.
Ensure the optimum mix of sales through services and membership sales.
Ensuring that the SOP is adhered at the store.
