As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the store, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales to achieve business targets. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and uphold the company's brand image.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.
• Drive sales, lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure that the store is adequately staffed, and schedules are efficiently managed.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Sound knowledge of inventory management, merchandising techniques, and retail operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
