You will be working with the in-house design and marketing team on the following;
• Drive customer service excellence to every aspect in store, including store appearance and display of jewelry.
• Schedule and attend store appointments for clients.
• Customer responses on Instagram, email, whatsapp and calls.
• Monitor stock and inventory and perform quality assurance of jewelry on a regular basis.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and trackers to improve visibility of the status on leads.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and standards and maintained.
• Highlight issues and problem solve customer experience of the brand.
• Schedule and attend client calls/video calls and offer them assistance with respect to selection of jewelry
• Engage with the existing repertoire of clients
• Working with the team on curated look books, newsletters and messages for clients in the effort to upsell

Required Skills:
• Moderate Experience/Curious interest in Jewelry or luxury retail
• 2 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience
• Strong customer service, management and communication skills
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Knows the basic of MS office, math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers.
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good in communication (Fluency in English would be a plus)
