About the Store:

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated people leader to join our Bupa Optical West Lakes store where our friendly and committed team of Dispensers and Optometrists are all ready to welcome you.

As the Leader of this high-end eyewear store you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring a first-class experience for all. You will play the key role in maintaining a positive and vibrant store environment whilst driving sales and achieving operational excellence. Building community relationships and clientele will be a major focus as we service new and existing customers.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in a leadership role. We also welcome applicants from successful managers in other industries
Strong business acumen and the ability to drive KPIs and sales performance
Prior business and people management experience essential

Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed
Understanding how to generate income and control costs
