The Role
To inspire your customer and inspire your team
Coaching & mentoring your team to exceed sales targets & KPIs
Leading the way with exceptional consultative customer service skills
Building relationships with the Ponsonby client base
Cultivating a positive team culture in the store
Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, reporting, compliance
