We're Hiring a Store Manager – Join Our Fast-Paced Team!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for great coffee and exceptional service? We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to take the reins at our bustling Castle Towers Mrs Jones the Baker!
Location: Castle Towers (could suit someone living in Chatswood or North Sydney as on the metro line)
Hours: Full-time, must be available at least 1 weekend day per week
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role:
As our store manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—leading a passionate team, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for staff management, stock control, product displaying, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our loyal customer base.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in hospitality or cafe management
- Skilled barista able to operate the machine solo confident adjusting grinder
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- A hands-on, can-do flexible attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - extensive training will be given
