Location: Westfield Chermside, QLD

Hanaichi is a fast-paced, high-quality Japanese takeaway food chain known for our freshly prepared meals and exceptional customer service. We are now looking for a reliable and energetic Store Manager to lead our Chermside team.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and maintain high food and service standards
Lead, train and motivate your team
Manage rostering, stock levels, and inventory
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Report sales and performance to head office
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality or retail management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; basic understanding of Japanese food is a bonus
Must have full work rights in Australia
