We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Manager to take our store in Eastland to the next level!
DECJUBA Eastland is bold, fast, and unapologetically fashion-forward. As one of our flagship stores, it’s a space where product, people, and performance come together at scale. With exclusive women’s and DLUXE ranges, this store attracts customers who are style-driven, confident, and ready to be inspired. This is a role for a leader who thrives in the action. Someone who knows how to own a busy floor, build a high-performing DREAMTEAM, and keep energy high while driving serious results. As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front - coaching your team, delivering AMAZING customer experiences, and creating a store culture that’s as strong as its sales.
