ABOUT THE COMPANY
‘Brave’ is a leading fashion store in the heart of the fashion precinct of Osborne Street in Newmarket. They stock a beautiful, curated collection of women’s and men’s denim, apparel, and footwear from leading European fashion brands, such as Diesel, Scotch & Soda, Garcia, Fil Noir and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to lead our small and passionate team. While you will be supported by our head office, this is a role for a true leader to run the store as if it were your own. As a manager, you will be required to lead the store on at least one weekend day, or even both weekend days, if you prefer.

We’re looking for a passionate leader who has delivered in a similar role previously. Customer service experience, initiative, and genuine leadership in the store are absolute prerequisites for success in this role. A keen eye and love of fashion are important too. Engaging with our growing network of customers
Changing the visual merchandising
Creating social media content
Private shopping experiences
Seasonal stock rotation
Providing staff training
Creating and managing rosters and leave
