About the Role
As the Full-Time Store Manager , you will be the driving force behind the success of our Claremont boutique. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation
Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
Community Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
Brand Ambassadorship
Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
Customer Building
Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
