💼 WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
✅ Comprehensive store management: results, operations, and customer experience.
✅ Leadership, coordination, and development of the store team.
✅ Daily monitoring of KPIs, commercial objectives, and action plans.
✅ Execution of visual merchandising, operational protocols, and brand standards.
✅ Ensuring image, order, cleanliness, maintenance, and uniform compliance.
✅ Driving customer acquisition and loyalty through sales techniques.
✅ Stock management, replenishment, inventory control, and assortment improvement.
✅ Implementation of campaigns and commercial promotions.
✅ Scheduling of shifts and team hours.
✅ Identifying training needs and providing team support.
✅ Collaborating with the Area Manager and reporting performance.
✅ Compliance with internal, external, and company regulations.
✅ Managing operational expenses and local vendors when applicable.
🎯 KEY REQUIREMENTS
🔹 5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail.
🔹 Commercial orientation and results-driven focus.
🔹 Leadership skills and ability to manage teams in operational environments.
🔹 Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
🔹 Organization, prioritization, and strategic vision.
🔹 Customer orientation and excellence in execution.
🔹 Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
