Salaire : 50 000 $ / an + bonus de performance potentiels + formation rémunérée

Responsabilités :
Diriger l’équipe et assurer une ambiance de travail positive.
Offrir un service client exceptionnel tout en participant aux tâches quotidiennes, y compris la création artistique de barbe à papa.
Gérer les horaires, la formation et le rendement du personnel.
Superviser les stocks, les commandes et les opérations journalières.
Effectuer les transactions en caisse et assurer l’exactitude des ventes.
Maintenir les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
Contribuer activement au développement et au succès du magasin.
Exigences :
Expérience préalable en gestion dans la vente au détail ou en restauration.
Leadership naturel, attitude positive et excellentes compétences en communication.
Transport fiable requis (des déplacements occasionnels entre magasins ou pour des achats peuvent être nécessaires).
Excellente organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
