Your day to day:

Lead from the front, creating a positive, high-performance culture where your team feels supported, motivated and confident to shine every day.
Coach, mentor and develop your team, building capability and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently and proudly.
Shape an energised, inclusive and customer first environment, that feels welcoming, genuine and inspiring for both customers and your team.
Bring Optus’ strategy to life in‑store by running smooth, efficient operations and continuously finding opportunities to uplift outcomes, performance and overall customer experience.
Address raised customer concerns with calm professionalism, modelling effective de‑escalation and guiding your team in resolving complex or sensitive situations.
Drive team engagement by celebrating wins, setting meaningful goals, fostering continuous learning, and strengthening collaboration across your store and the wider region.
