Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the store, from ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication to managing retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing store management strategies.
Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Strong Communication skills in English
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Experience in managing a team
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the retail industry, specially in store management is a plus
