2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing spare parts counter sales and to clients over the phone and walk-in and clients.
Managing manpower and team of helpers.
Managing all communication with all direct and indirect agencies of GMS.
Managing all commercial transactions between agencies.
Providing monthly sale vs profit report.
Managing inventory, minimum stock level, and reordering management with the help of tally.
Sending purchase orders to vendors.
Preparing invoices, quotations and recovery for credit bills.
Preparation of claiming warranty, short supply claim documents and communication.
Filing and arranging documents properly.
Checking inward-goods register.
3. SKILLS REQUIRED
5+ years experience in trading field/ agency business.
Ability to learn new skills.
Knowledge of Technology, Computers, Internet & Accounting.
Good knowledge of MS EXCEL and TALLY.
4. EDUCATION
MBA/M.COM or BBA/B.COM or any other equivalent course in commerce.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
