• Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Proficient in ENGLISH [ VERBAL- WRITTEN]

PROFILE INTRODUCTION
A store manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of a retail store or department. They are responsible for ensuring that the store operates efficiently, meets sales targets, provides excellent customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and tracking merchandise.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage the store budget.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute advertising and promotional campaigns
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on store performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
