The Bombay Store is hiring for Position following positions for its upcoming Retail Store at Hinjewadi -Pune
Candidates from Retail Industry and currently in Pune only to Apply.
1:Store Manager/ Unit Manager- Retail Operations. 1 Opening
2: Asst Store Manager-Retail- 2 Opening
3: Sales Executive - 12 Opening.
The candidate will be responsible for overall operation of this Flagship store including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising, inventory control and cash management.
#Responsibilities and Duties
• Driving sales and Meeting Set Targets and KPI's.
• Training Staffs on Products and Customer Handling.
• Managing daily sales report, cash & card report, petty cash reports.
• Managing inventory and cash, controlling stocks movements and inwards/outwards.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Overall handling customer interaction & complaints.
• Stock Audits/ Pilferage Control.
• Following Store SOP and Maintaining High Level of Hygiene at stores.
