The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring adherence to display standards, efficient warehouse management, proper handling of stock inward and outward processes, effective shrinkage control, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) improvement such as Average Basket Value (ABV), Average Selling Price (ASP), Ticket Size, etc. People management skills are also essential for this role.Responsibilities : - Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational procedures.- Maintain and enhance display standards to create an attractive and customer-friendly store environment.- Efficiently manage the warehouse, including stock management, inventory control, and timely replenishment.- Oversee stock inward and outward processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.- Implement effective strategies to control shrinkage and minimize losses.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Basket Value (ABV), Average Selling Price (ASP), and Ticket Size, and take necessary measures to improve them.- Lead and motivate the store team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, excellent customer service, and a strong sales culture.- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient store operations.- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Requirements : - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role, preferably in the footwear, textile, or fashion industry.- Strong knowledge of store operations, including display standards, stock management, and inventory control.- Familiarity with stock inward and outward processes and documentation.- Proven experience in driving KPIs improvement, such as ABV, ASP, and Ticket Size.- Excellent people management and leadership skills.- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in using computer systems and retail software.- If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in store operations and a passion for the footwear, textile, and fashion industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
